Hello,
I think there is something wrong with commision calculation….
Here are the results of some tests I’ve done using paypal sandbox
Product price: 20GBP
Shipping: 10GBP
No discounts applied
Total value payed: 30GBPCommission For: Admin
Commission Mode: Percent
Commission Percent(%): 10Shipping cost goes to vendor? NO
Tax goes to vendor? NO
Commission after deduct discounts? YESGross Sales £20.00, Fees £2.00 (which is correct, 10% of 20 =2GBP)
After the vendor requested withdrawal the Admin has to pay 18 GBP.
I assume because Admin keeps the 10GBP shipping + 2GBP comission =12 GBP
30-12=18GBP for vendorFor the following settings:
Shipping cost goes to vendor? Yes
Tax goes to vendor? Yes
Commission after deduct discounts? YESThe admin has to pay the same amount: 18GBP according to WCFM calculations…instead of 28GBP
(20-2=18+10 shipping= 28)
Why is 18GBP in both cases (admin or vend0r keep the 10GBP shipping cost)? Can you explain how this was calculated?I’m using ultimate addon
Thanks!

Hi,
The admin has to pay the same amount: 18GBP according to WCFM calculations…instead of 28GBP
(20-2=18+10 shipping= 28)– Do you have changed this setting after placing the order and expect commission will now show as per new setting?
If so, then it will not happen. If you have change setting then place a new order and take a look. New setting will be effective for coming orders, and not for previous ones!
Thank You

Of course each test was made on new orders!
But no matter what I select (who keeps the shipping costs) the commision is the same
In other words, the check box “who keeps the shipping” is not working. - March 13, 2019 at 9:22 am #52398vpartenieParticipant
Update:
Same thing happens if I don’t use “global rule” for a specific vendor and I do the settings on his vendor page.
1)I have the “vendor keep the shipping cost” checked on his page.
2) I place an order
3) 18GBP comes to be requested by the vendor…10GBP shipping remains to Admin no matter what settings I apply. - March 13, 2019 at 9:35 am #52400WCFM ForumKeymaster
Hi,
Commission For: Admin
Commission Mode: Percent
Commission Percent(%): 10Please set commission in reverse way – Commission for Vendor – 90% and take a look.
Thank You

You gotta be kidding me!! It shouldn’t matter the Vendor /Admin settings!!!
I’m talking about the shipping costs here that stay with admin no matter what settings I’m selecting…
And by the way, I did ALL the combinations! Same result…can’t have the shipping money go to the vendor… - March 13, 2019 at 9:54 am #52403WCFM ForumKeymaster

It’s impossible!

You can clearly see that all the settings are for the vendor to receive the shipping costs yet he only receives 18GBP all the time. Never gets the shipping added to his commision!
As I said from the beginning the “send shipping cost to vendor” checkbox does not function properly. - March 13, 2019 at 10:25 pm #52489vpartenieParticipant
I found the problem!
I have installed WCFM on an existing shop site.
I created a vendor and I added the existing products (from the old shop) to this vendor.
The fault was that I did not do the shipping configuration for the vendor. I didn’t add the Woo Commerce shipping zones to the vendor’s store shipping settings, so the shipping costs used by the site when an order was placed were the default WC ones. Therefore WCFM was not able to add the shipping costs to the vendor’s tab!All good now!
Thanks!

– Exactly, Shipping cost should be generated for Vendor, then it will distribute depend upon setting.
But if shipping generated for Admin, then what ever setting it will go to Admin.Well, it’s not essential to setup zone shipping but vendor shipping is essential.
