How to prevent form from submitting multiple times?

      There is an issue on wcfm-view-enquiry-form.php

      In the attachment, the pop-up window “Ask a question”, sometimes when the response is slow, one might click the submit button multiple times. And I will get multiple same questions from the customer.

      How to prevent this from happening?
