Do you want to remove the chat icon all together or do you want to change the position of chat box? Can you show us the position of the chat box where you want it along with the url of the site so that we can see the issue and provide you the solution?

Hello,
Are you using any separate chat plugin on the site? Because our plugin doesn’t block the button like that.
Anyways send us the link to the page where it is blocking the button along with the temporary user access. We will fix the issue in your site itself.NOTE: Please don’t forget to set the reply as private while sending the site URL and user access.
