HI WCFM,
I hope you are all safe and well.
Earlier today we received an order for a new vendor that went live yesterday. An email was generated for both the customer (order confirmation- Thank you for your order) and the vendor (New Store Order). Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any email confirmation of the new order. In addition to this, there is no new order showing in the backend on WooCommerce—> Orders or in the new Vendors dashboard.
Can you advise please?

Did you end up fixing this? I’ve having the same issue. There are no orders showing in the vendors “orders” tab in the dashboard.

Hi @jessicalefanu,
I discovered that I made an error with this and it was nothing to do with WCFM or Woocommerce. I had a link to my staging website that was never changed on my live website. The order ended up being placed on the staging website because of this and appeared there.
