What these will be in your system ?
If these are Product Custom Taxonomies then you will definite able to assign them with Product usng WCfM, even with free no Ultimate required!!

But for showing Vendor stores or product depending upon selection is not part of WCfM.

That’s totally depending upon theme template or may be control by any plugin.

If you are planning to use such things as Product Custom Taxonomy then I will suggest you to use ToolSet Plugin. You will have some template options over their as well.

Yes they are custom fields for products.
Currently using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-fields-factory/
Which allows what I need (almost) only it does not display in the Front end manager unless (user input options are chosen)
Don’t want those, want only admin side options but cannot get them to appear in the product creation section of your great plugin.

Was looking at this – seems I will need ultimate anyways as we all use downloadable products. Just not quite ready for it yet as ironing out the last functionality required.

Do you want those custom fields will only be available to Admin but not to the Vendors !!

Sorry – fields for admin side for vendors (ie not an entry field for buyers, which are what the fields produce that are visible in the Front end manager and on the product front end view itself.)
When using the Admin fields (available in the plugin) these do not show on the Front end Manager (my new very favourite plugin) nor on the product front end view.

Now I understand that clearly.
Off course those fields are not visible in Frontend Paroduct Manager as WCfM is not yet compatible with that.

But still I want to mention something, WCfM will make that conpatible to bring thise fields in Product Manager but in product view page how those will come !!
This is not part of WCfM, this can be achieve only by over-riding WC templates under child-theme.

Please check ToolSet, I am sure you will love this.

Yes thanks am just looking over toolset and it does the same – so I will implement it and test it out.
Understand re template, and working through options
The Fields factory displays front end on the product page without any coding or php – just not where it should.

Testing options in toolset.
added taxonomy – chose “flat” to allow store owners to add data to that taxonomy (these will be individual entries not chosen from a selection)
Works in the standard product dashboard – adding that taxonomy with an entry.
However using WCFM that taxonomy will not accept entries – default text displays “choose resource-size” rather than allow an entry.

Can you please check the same in any other Browser once !!

If you still having the same issue then only if comfortable enough to debug the things by us please share your site access in email.

May be some Plugin or theme conflict, but I think it’s not in your case as things was working properly.

Not yet. Sometimes the responses from here don’t come through and only just seeing this now as I was checking.
Admin – but I have deactivated Front end for the moment and will let you know when I reactivate it, what happens.
There is no caching but maybe server side varnish – unsure, doing some testing.
