      Hello,

      When click and read an Inquiry, then afterwards the counter number does not decrease to 4.

      Counter number only decreases if every Inquiry is responded to.

      There will be times that a Vendor does not want to reply to an Inquiry.

      Can you set it so the counter decreases when Inquiry is read please?
