Hi,
I did the following test and it is not how the booking system should function.
I as Customer A, go onto a Vendors page, book product 1 for 12am on 11/05/20, then I go in as Customer B to book product 2 for the same time and it allows me. Which it shouldn’t be the case since there is only 1 person providing the services.
I need your help in fixing this asap.

Hello,
It’s related to setting up the bookable products, for that please follow their documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/creating-a-bookable-product/ or contact the plugin author. From your query, it seems you need to set ‘Max bookings per block’ to 1 from the Availability tab.
Please go through the setup documentation as setting a bookable product is tricky sometimes.

Can you share with me a website that has WCFM and it works on it, because it works with woocommerce only but not with WCFM.
Plus there is a global settings option that admin user can see, but vendors cannot see that for their store? is that how it is supposed to work?

the latter has been resolved with the latest update “global booking times”, but still trying to resolve this

Hi,
You are facing challenges with the WooCommerce Booking setup and not WCFM. Settings bookings as per need are tricky. Please follow the plugin guide to know all about these settings- https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/creating-a-bookable-product/
I used a shared resource among two products and it is not allowing the booking at the same time (resource quantity is set to 1). First I configure my resource like this- https://imgur.com/dtHrHna
Next, I add two products and assign this same resource to both of them. Product settings screenshots-

That’s why I told you to go through their set up guide 🙂
Anyway, to set up a resource go to Booking >> Manage Resources from your WCFM dashboard.

You did mate, but the problem was that the booking button was taking me to the reports section until you fixed it, but sorry should have read it in more depth. This WC is not a user-friendly solution at all.
Thank you!
