Hi,
Can the vendor cancel a booking that is made? If so how can this be done?
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Vendor may update Booking Status, for cancelling he just has to update status as “Cancel”.
Thank You

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I am not using the Ultimate version. Status of the booking is not clickable.
Note that the booking has already been approved and published by the admin.
Is there a way for the vendor to cancel it?
See screenshot attached please.
Thanks

Ahh … now that’s part of WCFM Ultimate.
Really sorry, I am very limited here as well.
Now only option here is to create a custom option for the purpose.
Thank You

Hi,
I did not quite understand your reply. What do you mean “you are very limted” and what “custom opinion” are you talking about?
Thanks

Hi,
I am talking about implementing booking cancel option using custom code.
And as you are using only WCFM Free so we are a bit limited with options.
Thank You

Hi,
Shouldn’t all these limitation be listed somewhere so that we know the differences between free and paid version?

Hi,
We already have a comparison list – https://wclovers.com/blog/why-woocommerce-frontend-manager-ultimate/
Though it’s not in that granular level compare, still you will have a good idea.
It will best for you go through our booking’s demo once – http://wcbooking.wcfmdemos.com/my-account
Thank You
