where to edit memberships?

      Hi there

      I am testing the membership plugin together with the dokan plugin and the Frontend manager. I want to edit the membership settings but I find no way to do that. Please advice

      Hi,

      “Do you want to have a look in my admin?” – you are absolutely right. Please take a look at WCFM Dashboard as admin login.

      Hi,

      There is something wrong with the user role.

      This is the page – https://shop.happinesz.com/wcfm/wcfm-memberships-settings/

      But this user can’t access that.

      Now, this page is only for vendors – https://shop.happinesz.com/wcfm/wcfm-payments/

      But it’s here, I think this user vendor someway!

      That is what I have in mind too. The user is the administrator of the shop site so I don’t know what to change so it works. Do you have an idea?

      Hi,

      Frankly, no idea at all.

      It’s a multi-site setup so things are really complex.

      Can you please check what is the actual user role of this user as Network Admin.

      Hi Bingal

      The user has the Super Admin role.
      I tried it on a single site setting and there it works.
      It seems the plugin does not accept the super admin role as being valid and secondly the multi-vendor membership plugin does not show the membership function in the admin in a multi-site setting. Is that correct?

      So I added a user as regular administrator and using that user it works!

      Ahh … Multivendor setup is really complex.
      So finally you can edit Membership Setting 🙂
