      hi.. i want create marketplace.. im using wc vendor free and wcfm ultimate.. when i login with vendor to wcfm the order is zero.. but when i login with shop manager i can look all order.. please help.. sorry my english not good..

      Hi,

      Thanks for get in touch with us.

      Well, as shop manager you can see order because shop manage has control over full store.

      But a vendor has control over only his products and his store.

      Now tell me, is your vendor’s has any products? and any order for those products. Also that order has to paid and in “processing” mode. Unpaid orders (on hold) are not visible to vendors.

      yes.. ohh for the role vendor thanks for explain..
      what the role i choose if i want user can add product, look product what they input, and view the order just the product they input..

      As you are using “wc vendor” so that role should be “Vendor”

      Hi..
      When I input the product I just choose simple product..and not check virtual or downloadable..
      What is virtual or downloadable product?? I set status order complete or processing and still not appear in order.. Thank you

      Hi,

      Virtual product means which does not require shipment, something like digital products.
      Downloadable – people can download after purchase, something like PDF.

      In fact, WCFM Ultimate is virtual + downloadable product 🙂

      Did you mark complete the order for a vendor’s product?
