How could i change category position at store dashboard?

This is possible to tweak position by editing the template, as you already override this so can be done easily.

Bit still you will have “Brand” at top as it is first custom taxonomy.

– Code is written over there, have to toggle it’s position of display.

Check at – “wcfm-view-products-manage.php”

There has two code blocks –

590-634
635-669

You have to toggle this -> move 635 line code block above 590 line code block.

Well, if you have already this template then code line may not match, search by these filters – “wcfm_is_allow_product_category” and “wcfm_is_allow_custom_taxonomy”
Or, check at original template.
