      Hi,

      1- Vendor cannot update settings it says slug already there.

      2- When vendor updates settings with different slug his avatar and banner will always be empty.

      3- Badges not showing in the new advanced sold by vendor.

      Hi,

      Can you please just delete and reinstall WCFM and WCFM Marketplace, and take a look.

      Also please upgrade WCFM Ultimate to 5.0.3

      Opps! what kind setup widget is this.
      I think there is no multi-vendor plugin. and possibly you deleted plugins from file system.

      Okay it is fixed if i change back to slug but not the slug i changed from before the fix.

      this old slug before the fix https://www.4.wegospace.com/en/store/vendor50/ is unusable by any vendor now.

      * if there are no reviews for the product it shows the vendor name instead ??

      – This also resolved. But I updated this after posting you that message. So probably you delete and reinstall before I am updating this.
      Don’t reinstall now as there will be another update tomorrow. Going to add Slider for Store Banner.

      – First vendor name is not from WCFM, I think it’s from your theme, showing author name there.

      The avatar and banner issue also happens for newly registered vendors.

      I registered new vendor also to test membership expiration because it is not working for days now.

      thanks for the update, the banner slider and video awesome features.

      1- Banner now if fixed and show up, but the Avatar still not showing.

      And regarding Membership update

      Hi,

      I have created new vendor and check this.

      1- Vendor cannot update settings it says slug already there.

      – you can no longer go the first slug you registered with. eg: I register as Vendor60 > I change to Vendor61 > I cannot go back to slug Vendor60 > I change from Vendor61 to Vendor62 > I change back to Vendor61 no problem, but Vendor60 I cannot, it says exist.

      2- When vendor updates settings with different slug his avatar and banner will always be empty.

      – I don’t think it matters if you change slug or not, my new vendor couldn’t add any banner or avatar before and after changing slug.

      One of our user test it’s performance with 1 million product + 10K vendors and he replied –

      So I have run all the tests and am very impressed, I am thinking about using it on a major project. The truth is it outperformed dokan and wc vendor if you would like I could write a nast blog post with test results showing how you single-handedly bent them all over and gave them the pipe. It catches me off guard how your marketplace solution could outperform the big names in the game out of the gate like this. I have had full faith in you but would imagine it would of taken at least a couple months working out bugs. You really did blow them out of the water in fact at scale your structure was 28% faster then dokan with 10x the features. Like I asked before my only concern is what happens after time and tables in user database build up with junk related to day to day operations. And I would not be a true supporter if I did not find at least 1 thing to bitch about……. Your mobile dashboard is way way way way to slow and will kill business. You did way too much to it. Remove all the ajax and such or do whatever you need to do and fix its speed. Overall I am fucking speechless and rate it a 10 out of 10

      * How can I analysis plugins performance and check if the cause is another plugin ? ‘m using SiteGround if I reach CPU limit the website won’t be accessible anymore.

      hi,

      Yeah we also use Google Chrome in general, of course this is not because of browser.

      10k+ hit is not normal and a spam code can only do this!

      WCFM or any of it’s addons has no such code to ping wp-admin.ajax that much.
      Only one call is there for checking new messages but that even run in every 15 seconds, so only 4 times in a minute.

      Hi,

      Regarding the high CPU usage I found out it was caused by WP Server Stats plugin which calls Ajax every 1s while admin is in wp-admin page.

      Shipping & Membership issues have their own Topics.

      Everything else here is resolved. You can close the topic sir.
