Create the store vendor own social media area at header area?

I create many social icon at my site footer.

Now i hope each store vendor could input their social info or link, and display social icon at store vendor header area frontend automatically.

It is charming for most of all vendors, the customer could choose many ways to connect the store vendor, not only online inquiry.
