      This has just happened as it was correct – the columns in both admin and store vendor views are not aligned to the display settings. I have marked Billing Address as hidden on both accounts but is showing on both dashboards.

      Also UNPAID has just appeared underneath every price in the Store Vendor view, the orders are all paid. How can this be removed.

      I have updated and refreshed but nothing has changed.

      Hi,

      Do you have caching plugin or other type of caching system?

      If so, then please refresh those caches once and take a look.

      We do not have caching plugins, have installed one and cleared cache on WordPress and on server, and in the browser. This has not fixed the issue, the wrong columns are still showing on the dashboard.

      WCFM is updated to 5.1.9 and WCFM Ultimate is showing as up to date at 5.1.6 – how can I update if it is not showing as out of date in WordPress?

      OK I updated the plugin manually via cPanel and it has fixed the problem. For anyone else with the same issue I had to reset column visibility setting after updating the plugin to 5.1.7.
