      Hello wcfm,

      as mentioned in my previous topic : https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/expired-membership-products-go-to-draft-not-working-with-translated-product/

      Emails acting weird and not working properly, I tried to change admin email, I tried to use 1 email for all email notifications and I tried using WP Mail SMTP but the results did not change.

      Can you please check out for me ?

      Hi,

      I have installed WP Mail Logging in your site.

      Just check that, whether emails are triggered or not?

      If those are triggered but not received then it’s mail server problem.

      If not triggered then something wrong in code or configuration!

      Hi,

      I’ve tested it for few days, and just now did few orders, there is a problem in email settings in wcfm only, because emails used in woocommerce email settings works fine.

      As you can see in the screenshot, in 4 orders attempts I received no “New Order” Or “Order Complete” emails for orders@wegospace.com and only “Status Update” received when vendor completes an order. (I am receiving them in admin email only which is d-n-13@)

      There is something wrong here, please investigate.

      I am trying different email configurations but it must be a bug or conflict with another plugin.

      Hi,

      I can’t see anything wrong.

      You have added an order for guest.
      So two emails triggered -> One for Admin and another for Vendor -> https://ibb.co/sKmH1fZ

      Well, for manual order no desktop notification send out. So you will not see under WCFM Notification.

      For New Product desktop notification is only there but no email -> https://ibb.co/jftTLZR

      Big Update !

      New Products notification was not received because products were automatically approved, when I disabled publishing products now i receive email, so it is only to let Admin know about pending products.

      I will investigate more and let you know if there are no other issues related to notification emails

      Hi,

      You are right, we have by default disabled “New Product” admin notification.

      Possible to enable by this line of code -> add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_new_product_notification_email', '__return_true' );

      Pending Product notification is ON as always.

      Hello,

      Currently I receive everything in the last week but as customer I’m not getting “Order Received” email notification (When using PayTab Visa/Credit Card Gateway).

      When I use Bank Transfer I get email np

      Hi,

      Please talk to “PayTab Visa/Credit Card Gateway” plugin author.

      I think it’s not compatible with latest WooCommerce order processing!
