Hi
Why is it that vendors are only allowed to exclude products from coupons while admin has more options? Is this a setting or a restriction by WCFM or WC Vendors (free)? Is there a fix for this?
Thanks?

Hi,
Well, only one option disable form vendor’s coupon setting, “Products” – https://ibb.co/yFfjCRK
Actually, vendor’s coupons are by default bind with only their products. So specially that option no more required.
Thank You

I Remarked part of line 70 of /wc-frontend-manager-ultimate/views/coupons/wcfmu-view-coupons-manage.php
$product_ids_class = ‘/*wcfm_ele_hide*/ wcfm_ele_for_vendor’ because this is useless and limits utilityWhy do you want to limit vendors from offering discounts on specific products? Cannot see the rationale – especially since my clients will value this.
Please consider revising in future 🙂
Thanks

HI,
“Why do you want to limit vendors from offering discounts on specific products? Cannot see the rationale – especially since my clients will value this.”
– This is very very important. Otherwise, one vendor’s coupon will applicable on other vendors’ products, and that is not acceptable for a marketplace site!
Thank you

I still cannot understand. The field allows you to select exclusively the products that belong to the specific vendor. So how could that happen? What am I missing?
Without that CSS it is working perfectly for my clients (still have a loading prob which I am still to look into). Pity I will have to modify each time you update.
Thanks

HI,
“So how could that happen? What am I missing?”
– Right, but if vendor does not select any product then that will apply on all products, even on other vendor products! Are you OK with this?
Thank You

Good point – did not think about that.
How about you add logic – if no product is selected – then all vendor products are automatically chosen? I think you are already doing this automatically since all products are selected by default.
I do not think this entails much development and many will find useful.
Otherwise, the module is so powerful.
Many thanks
