      Hi,

      No, this is not yet implemented.

      But, vendors are allowed to create “Free Shipping” for all shipping types – By Zone, By Country and By Weight.

      What I am asking you is not about “free shipping” as a customer’s choice.
      The important thing is to offer customers “free shipping” options as coupons.
      It is one of the important default functions in Woocommerce’s marketing and promotion.
      When do you implement this function?

      Hi,

      Vendors are allowed to create “Free Shipping Coupon”.

      But this will only work if vendor has enabled “Free Shipping” for “zone shipping”.
