      Hi guys,

      I had commission settings at

      commission for Vendor
      commission mode percent
      commission percent 20

      and then it added 20% to the product cost to give to admin.
      if we as admin just want to take 20% of the sales of the product cost,
      should i change the setting to:

      commission for admin
      commission mode percent
      commission percent 20

      ?

      Also, sellers are unable to withdraw funds. they see an error and it says to contact admin. how should i fix this?

      HI,

      Set this commission setting –

      “commission for Vendor
      commission mode percent
      commission percent 80”

      Also, how can admin create their own shop? – It will best to create a vendor for Admin and set it’s commission 100%

      Also, sellers are unable to withdraw funds. they see an error and it says to contact admin. how should i fix this? – Which Payment option you are using for withdrawal? Please show me your Admin Withdrawal setting screenshot.

      Hi,

      Okay I changed the commission setting. So this setting means that if product price is listed as $10,
      consumer will be charged $10 and vendor gets $8 and admin gets $2 right?

      *** Yeah right

      Before it was like this: price is listed as $10, but consumer had to pay $12

      *** Why so?

      Also re: withdrawal settings:

      *** You have enabled only PayPal for withdrawal payment method. DO you have setup PayPal client ID and secret key?

      I have only Paypal enabled and YES I set up both info and double checked.

      – Do you have Tax or Shipping enabled?

      – Then it should work! Still you check details log at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> wcfm_logs
