      Hi,

I’m not sure but I have the impression that are too many emails and notifications. Maybe something are wrong in my install ?

I made a detail for all in a case with bank transfer option.

      Customer:

1.- Your “site title” order has been received! (with bank transfer) (4 March, 2019 17:20)
2.- Your “site title” order has been received! (processing by admin) paid ! (5 March, 2019 10:18)
3.- Note added to your “site title” order from 4 March, 2019 (About processing 5 March, 2019 10:18)
4.- Your “site title” order is now complete (completed by vendor) (5 March, 2019 14:38)
5.- Note added to your “site title” order from 4 March, 2019 (About completed 5 March, 2019 14:38)

      Admin:

      1.- “site title”: New order #215720 (4 March, 2019 17:20)

      Vendor:

      1.- “site title”: New Store Order (215720) – 4 March, 2019 (4 March, 2019 17:20)
2.- “site title”: Notification – Status Updated On hold (4 March, 2019 17:20)
2.- “site title”: Notification – Status Updated On processing (5 March, 2019 10:18)
2.- “site title”: Notification – Status Updated On completed (5 March, 2019 14:38)

I just need to comment that I don’t understand why the customer received an added note when nobody wrote a note ?
If the customer receives three emails to complete the order in the case of bank transfer, it’s fine, but we need to add others from shipment and tracking.

For me minus is more !!

      Thank you

      Hi,

Well, WooCommerce always add a note to order when it’s status updated and customer also receive a notification for this.

You may disable this email notification for customer from wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Setting -> Emails

      Thank You

      Hi,

But exist a option to disable only part about orders ?, because If I disable the notes, we can’t send notes from vendor or admin to customer.

      Thank you

      Hi,

Well, all those customer emails are triggered from WC default. WCFM has no such customer email.

Now you may may disable those from wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Setting -> Emails

      Thank You
