Only some of the Sub categories on vendor store page are showing. On the vendor https://burnley.lancs.life/members/tangerini/ no sub categories are displaying only main category. On this vendor https://burnley.lancs.life/members/transform-crafts/ half the sub categories are showing, but many missing. The category check boxes for the products are all correct and the sub-categores are all setup the same way so there is no reason for some sub-categories not to display.

      Hi,

Well, Store page category widget only shows those categories and sub-categories which are associated with that store!

Otherwise, category specific filter will not perfectly ..

      Thank You

The store has product in categories that don’t show up on the store page – only some categories show up for some vendors. Whhen they have product in 10 categories and sub-categories, maybe two categories show on their store page.

      Hi,

You have enabled category widget toggle option so sub-categories are hidden – https://www.useloom.com/share/d8de61621b094b65869feb7872efae01

      Thank You

It doesn’t matter whether or not the category toggle is on or off – the not all the categories are showing up on the vendor store. Only some categories show and others don’t even when the vendor has product in those categories. For example – this vendor has product in three sub-categories but only the main category is displaying https://burnley.lancs.life/members/tangerini/ and this vendor has product in 6 sub-categories under ‘crafts’, but none are showing up https://burnley.lancs.life/members/transform-crafts/ It is a strange problem, because some of the categories and sub-categories are ok, but not all.

      Hi,

I am checking for this store – https://burnley.lancs.life/members/transform-crafts/

Tell me one thing, these products are created manually? or, by any other process, e.g import?

      Thank You

I also have a similar issue with the sub-categories not all showing up correctly on the vendor store list and vendor store widgets. Has anyone been able to determine how to fix this issue or what causes it? I’ve been trying to figure it out for the past 3 months without luck, so hoping someone here has some suggestions regarding this?

      Thank you!

As an update regarding the sub-category issue for anyone else that might be having the same issue… Disclaimer… This is a workaround I did that worked for me, but may or may not work for others.

      I added this code temporarily….

      add_filter( ‘wcfmmp_force_store_taxonomy_refresh’, ‘__return_true’ );

added code to a snippet after unchecking the main category “Main Category 1” and only leaving the sub-categories for “Main Category 1” checked and it populated the sub-categories for “Main Category 1” correctly. I was able to break the sub-categories again for “Main Category 1” by checking the main category “Main Category 1” along with the sub-categories.

I should be able to check/select both a main and sub-category for any product without breaking the vendor store list or vendor category side bar, but this is my current work around for this issue.

Please see image attached for an example of the workaround. If anyone has suggestions of an actual fix please feel free to reply to this thread.

      Best Regards.
