In todays fast pace world where speed counts,time is money, and appearance matters, it would be beneficial for a complete overhall & freshen up/makeover, of the UX/UI design for the backend and front end to stay in ahead. I also would consider updating and putting out more how to videos, to someone/or person who can clearly articulate and convey WCFM better, on how to use and imput this very powerful plugin and all it has to offer.
At present the videos are outdated and user/admin need more info. It would be nice to see a roadmap of where WCFM and wclovers is going and if anything is new or voted on that maybe implemented going forward. At present all there is is a change log ....no way of telling what's being worked?
