      Dear WCFM,
      I try to uncheck the phone and email option on capabilities, but the email and phone of vendor still on customer status order page, also I need to remove customer phone and email on vendor status order page, is that possible?

      so both Vendors and Customer cannot see email and phone each other by setting. set by admin.

      I dont have customer menu on capabilities. very strange…

      Can you check mine, I belive you access to mine. I disable it but still has.

      ohh wait sorry,
      I think I turn off the customer module. let me check and test again.

      Ok it works. 🙂

      but seem somehing affect all orders now to by “guest” ??

      I might miss something or dont realize button or checkbox I did change while looking customer module and disable enable the button 🙁
      it should be a customer name, Could you please advise where I make this mistake?

      ok.. did turn off and turn on again the Customer Shipping toggle, its fine now. I think there is some glitch…. perhaps.

      Found there is bugs in the customer view on capability and module.
      It was back again to uncheck or off for the module now.

      trying to set the capability and seems it does work but sometimes not work. 🙁

      The status order by “Guest” is keep like that. still on off the customer side again in capability now to try.

      Try again to turn off and turn on again the Customer Shipping toggle, now it wont show and keep “Guest”! 🙁

      Customer Module seems bugs.

      I think you have set OFF “View Customer Name” capability y mistake – https://ibb.co/bPTM3RY

      You just have to disable “View Customer Email” capability.

      Ok, tripple check for it, the “Guest” is replace the customers name if I Set OFF for Manage Customer.
      Its a bugs I think?

      So I did set on manage customer, then turn off the customer module for my purpose.

      Hi,

      Well, if you set OFF “Manage Customer” for vendors then vendor will not see any info related to customer. It represent to them as “Guest”, it’s not bug, rather intentional.

      Do you want to disable “Customer” menu for vendors? If so, then go to WCFM Admin Setting -> modules -> Set “Customer” module OFF

      Hi,
      So, I need to set in ON “Manage Customer” to make represent the name of customer then set OFF to turn off the module to not appear on vendor site.
