      Hi,
      I am writing a Vendor Guide that I want to open as a pdf in a new tab when vendors click on their knowledge base button. The editing options in the edit knowledgebase options pane don’t have this option.

      Hi,

      Well, WCFM Knowledge base has no option to convert content automatically into PDF.

      Easiest way will be – use a separate knowledge base plugin and create your content. Then add it’s archive page link under WCFM Dashboard using Menu Manager.

      Hi,
      No, I think you misunderstood.
      Creating and uploading the pdf to the media folder is easy. I just wanted to get the pdf to open in a new tab so that vendors can have it open when they are getting used to their dashboard. The editor doesn’t have a “text” option.
      I managed to do so by simply pasting the html into the editor.

      HI,

      Please add this line to your child theme’s functions.php –

      add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_wpeditor_quicktags', '__return_true' );

      It will enable “Text” tab for Editors.
