How to stop all email notifications?

      Hello

      We are transferring our site to WooCommerce and I need to populate the vendors in order to migrate everything.
      How can I stop all email notifications to the new vendors I add because the site is in development I don’t want any vendors to see it!

      Please disable from WCFM Admin Setting -> Notification Manager
