I wanted to customize the email template that goes when the Vendor ships an order. Similar to New Store Order template override in Marketplace.
The customer gets an email with a subject “Shipment Tracking Update”I would like to make changes to it, without changing the code in the plugin.
Also, while the vendor tries to ship the order, There are only two fields, Tracking ID and Tracking URL. Can we have a custom field where when the vendor likes to add custom message. Also not in all cases, we would have Tracking URL. So making it mandatory field is problematic.
Please let me know how to solve the above two issues.

Hello,
At this moment there is no direct way to override “Shipment Tracking” email. Also, you will need to override a template to change the the tracking fields, which is located in –
wc-frontend-manager-ultimate\views\orders\wcfmu-view-shipment-tracking.php

Can you please point out which file the plugin uses to send the email to the customer. We need to change the subject and add additional information in the body of the email.
Also, please find the attached image.. to see.. we enabled vendor Shipping by country option. For the customer in the cart and checkout a weird Shipping 9 appears.

Which email subject and body you want to change? There are a lot of them. Last time you asked about “Shipment Tracking” email and I told you the template path, are you referring to any other emails?
To debug the 2nd issue I’ll need your site address. Later, I might need backend access as well.
