Seller Shop trial tria, automatically disabled, and can not reactivate it again.

So far, I do not understand how the administration of the market works, I can not reactivate the test seller, after expired the trial period. I need help solving this Please.
If so, and it works that way, with no option to reactivate and give the seller more opportunity by increasing a few days or months, and not having to negotiate, and not reactivating the store again, will not work, and it will not be a good deal.
I have 2 sellers test none of them appear in store list but only appears in product list: See attached images: image-1 and image-2

The correct is just disabling for a period, to negotiate and give the Seller more opportunity. I need the store to be disabled only by admin and not automatically, or if it is, the administrator can extend the trial free period for some more time. And it does not permanently disable, losing the user as seller and as buyer. It is more important to have a user as a buyer, a market consumer, than a seller and not a user as a buyer.
Another detail that is a big problem, and that even after deleting or disabling the seller’s store, all his products continue to be displayed and offered on the Market pages, as if nothing had happened. How will I sell something that is not mine? If so I lose seller and buyer, because the products are from the seller and not mine. I can not deliver if someone buys after disabling the buyer.
Please let me know and guide how to manage and resolve this.
