      Hi,

      To reproduce the bug:
      I made a withdraw request with 10 as a fixed fee for bank account. Admin rejected the withdrawal request.

      When trying to make the withdrawals again, the fees columns does not show correct fee number. Instead of 10, it was a random number 1.67 or something like that. And after submitting, it shows the correct number as total in payments.

      Well, withdrawal fees re-calculate again during actual withdrawal!
