      I know when create new order, WCFM dashboard will display notice message for the manager.

      But if the manager use mobile, how could system display notice message (push notification)

      https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-notification-boost-your-sales/16586926 – this does not show such notifications. Shows latest purchases randomly. I don’t think this will resolve your requirement!

      There is no restriction for showing push notification in mobile. You are not getting this notifications?

      How could my phone recieve, need login dashboard?
      no receive now pc and mobile both

      Yeah right, notification only comes when you are logged in to the site.

      Umm .. i think you are looking such notifications which only possible using mobile apps!

      This probably can be made possible if WCFM were to be integrated with Web Push Notification platforms such as OneSignal or PushBullet.
      How exactly, I don’t really know, but most Web Push Notification platforms (like OneSignal and PushBullet) do provide APIs to work with.
