      Hello there,

First of all, thank you very much for this plugin, it’s amazing. I expect to finish setting up my online marketplace soon and hopefully making some money, thanks to you.

There is a feature I would like to request. No sure if it has been asked here before, so forgive me if it has. I think it would be very useful to have an “Request new attribute/category/tag” kind of module under the capabilities you allow your vendors to have. I know there is one that allows vendors to create new categories on their own, but I would like another one that would require my approval first.

The thing is, that perhaps some vendors would be lazy, and would not properly look for a product tag, for example, before directly creating it on their own even if it already exists. I would have to be checking every new category, attribute or tag, and the products under them, to make sure they are where they are supposed to be. A “Request new category/attribute/tag” button would solve this problem while giving vendors the freedom to create their own stuff if they truly want to.

I’m not sure if I have explained it correctly.

Also, I have noticed that on the product creation page, whenever I try to assign a tag to a product, the Tag that I have previously created in the WooCommerce back-end does not show up. I have several dozen Product Tags created, but it will not give me option to select any of them there (in the back-end it works fine). For example, in the back-end, when I want to assign the Product Tag “The Walking Dead” to a product, I write “Dead”, and two options will show up, “Deadpool”, and “The Walking Dead”. Then I choose “The Walking Dead and that’s it. On the Store Manager however, if I write “Dead”, nothing will show up, nor I will have the option to choose anything. And I want the vendors to use my own tags (or to request new ones that I could add), not just create your own every time they create a product. That would be a mess.

Hope I have explained myself. Thanks!

      Hi,

Thanks for get in touch with us and thanks for your appreciation 🙂

I understand your requirement but there has a problem.

In WordPress post has different status – draft, pending, published
But category/tag has nothing like that, so it’s not possible to add those on Admin Approval.

So, it will be best to use WCFM Direct Message for the purpose. Ask your vendors to request from there for new category, attribute etc ..

      Thank You
