ParticipantWhen the customer click the link of “Enquiry Reply” email, then redirect to single product page frontend “/product/732/”.
But if i’am the customer, i can’t understand where is my “Enquiry Reply” from the vendor.
The page link didn’t show the reply question at first…
The best way is redirect to the “General Enquiry” tab of single product page frontend.

OK, I understand.
Well, we are not changing this right now as WCFM inquiry module will be extended very soon and user may check their Inquiries from my-account, it will be similar to WCFM Support Ticket module.
