About the order status for admin and store vendor have something wrong

When wc order status became process, admin see processing of order status

but why my store vendor see pending of order status?

I remember store vendor see processing of order status just like admin?

Possibly you have disabled “Order Sync” option from WCFM Admin Setting -> Marketplace setting

so this had created order will no change status even if i enable, right?

– If this is Enabled, then Admin and all vendors order status will be synced, same! If vendor update order status then main order status will be also updated.
If Admin update order status then all vendor’s order status will be updated as well.
