Add Order manually is a bit confusing

      Currently when I go to add an order manually there are two Paypal payment options that appear that I need to pick from.

      Do you know why there are two?

      It is not clear to the vendor what they are picking between the two options and I think there should just be one.

      Is this supposed to show two paypal options?

      See screenshots of an example as well as my marketplace payment settings.
