admin transaction invoice

      i need to be able to print the invoice based on the payment i made towards the vendor. in your docs it sias:
      6.1.Transaction Invoice #
      Vendor can download their transaction invoice by clicking on the pdf icon from the Payments page of WCFM vendor dashboard. This will require WCFM Frontend manager- Ultimate plugin and PDF invoice plugin to reflect and work accordingly
      My questionis:
      where can i as admin view all transactions and download invoices?

      edit: to be more specific, for the accountant i need to make an invoice from ADMIN to VENDOR showing the ADMIN FEE..from a total of 1000 dollars, 150 are admin fee..same invoice must be seen by the vendor.. i dont have any possibility to do it from admin dashboard.
      from vendor dashboard he can see transaction, take invoice, but does not write ADMIN FEE on it..which agian is nto ok
      any help plz? it’s rly rly urgent
