      Hello, I found a problem during the test. When the customer clicks to confirm that the goods have been received, but the vendor cannot view this information in the background management panel. In addition, if the customer updates the content on the order page, the updated information will not be browsed by the vendor. Only the system administrator can view the above information. How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much.

      Hello,
      Your query is not fully clear. Can you please share a screenshot of the issue? Is there any 3rd party plugin you are using for the following – “the customer clicks to confirm that the goods have been received”?
