Blank page when registering or subscribing to membership

Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin | WCFM Marketplace Forums WCFM – Membership Blank page when registering or subscribing to membership

      When registering using either the vendor registration form or the Subscribe Now button generated by the membership plugin, I’m redirected to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?vmstep=payment.

      However, all I get on this page is a blank screen with a “0” in the upper left corner. Access logs show it as http code 400.

      Checking and unchecking the Dokan “Disable Vendors and Customers from accessing the wp-admin dashboard area” seems to have no effect.

      Relevant plugin info:

      -WordPress 4.9.8
      -Dokan 2.9.3
      -Dokan Pro 2.9.2
      -WooCommerce 3.5.1
      -WCFM 5.1.9
      -WCFM Ultimate 5.1.4
      -WooCommerce Multivendor Membership 2.2.4

      Can anyone clue me in on what the problem is?

      HI,

      Kindly check one thing -> WCFM Admin Dashboard -> Setting -> Dashboard Pages -> Be sure Membership and Registration pages are properly set over there.

      Strange! Does your “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” works for other cases?

      Yes. I don’t know of any situations where the browser is directed to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php directly, but it does show a 200 code and appears to have no issues when loading it while viewing the WordPress dashboard, for instance; confirmed this by viewing the Network tab in the Chrome Console developer tools.

      This is difficult to guess.
      There has many type of plugins, anyone can create this mess.

      We have to debug your site to identify this.

      Actually, I may have solved this. I noticed that a couple of our Dashboard Endpoints were not set (I saw the placeholder text and thought I had set them along with the others).

      Once I set these, the membership signup process seems to have worked.
