Hi,
I have just bought your WCFM Ultimate plug in and I can not find any documentation anywhere! I have WC Vendors.
When I go the WCFM Dashboard page it is blank on the front end. There are no settings that I can check and there is NO documentation that I can see where it walks me through how to check my installation/documentation. The video introduction is useless.
Please help.

HI,
I am really sorry for the inconveniences.
But WCfM or WCfM Ultimate does not require any configuration to run.
Just have install the plugins.Between, what is your WC Vendors version?
Just one more thing, hope you have keep installed both – WCfM Free and WCfM Ultimate.
Thank You

Hi,
I have WC Product Vendors installed (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/).
I also have the WCFM free and the ultimate plug ins installed.
The page is just showing blank, despite the shortcake being on the page. As the admin do I also have to be tagged as a Vendor to see the page. Have you seen this issue before?
Also, Why are all the support questions greyed out here? It would be very helpful for me to be able to read people’s questions and the answers as I can see a few people asking about the Dashboard issue.

Hi,
Admin has full permission to view the dashboard.
We have never face this issue before. Are you getting this after installing WCfM Ultimate?
Do you have TeamViewer? I want to check the system, possibly some configuration issue.
Thank You

HI,
I have found a notice in your site “We’ve noticed you’ve made changes to your website and have Hummingbird’s Asset Optimization and Page Caching features active. You might want to clear cache to avoid any issues.”
Can you please clear cache once and take a look?
Thank You

Hi,
Is this possible to disable caching for sometime?
At least for this particular page!I have disabled WCfM Ultimate but still it’s not show any content in the page.
Is this a live site or still under development?
Thank You

Hi,
I got the issue.
It’s nothing but PHP “require_once” function disabled for your server.
Please enable this and things will work properly.
Thank You

Hi,
No, it’s not due to caching.
It’s only because of PHP “require_once” function.
Kindly talk to hosting provider, some hosting provider keep this disabled.
Thank You

ok. I am talking to them about it now.
Also, I could see the Dashboard when I excluded the /dashboard/ from caching. But only that page.

HI,
It’s not caching issue, I have already tested that.
I just checked, you have too many plugins.
I am not very knowledgeable with all of them.
Hope none of them blocking this function.
Thank You

Hi,
Yeah, I faced this once before and Hosting provider resolve this for that user.
“require_once” is PHP method – http://php.net/manual/en/function.require-once.php
It’s not from WordPress or WooCommerce and not even from WCfM.
Sometimes hosting providers keep disable few PHP functions, I am not aware the reason.
Well, I found your site’s PHP is 5.6, can you ask them to upgrade to PHP 7.1+
May be this resolve the issue.Thank You
