      When a customer asks a question about a product, I can also reply as a site administrator because I get a notification.

      However, if I reply as an administrator and the seller displays the query, they see the answer, but do not see who answered. No name, nor gravatar.

      Yeah right, we will represent this using Site title and Logo in next update.
