Bug – vendor number in each plan

      Hi,

      My site has 5 test vendors in all.

      However the back-end shows the wrong number – 8 vendors. (See screenshot)

      Can you please fix this bug. Each plan has actually 1 vendor attached.

      We will look in to this.

      Between, do you have deleted any vendors? If yes, then you have deleted them?

      Is there any “Disabled Vendor” in your site?

      Hi,

      Thanks for looking into it.

      You are correct. We have 1 disabled vendor. We cannot legally delete him as he had completed orders.

      The rest are test vendors and all have been created to test membership plans. I assigned each of them to one membership plan.

      Only 1 vendor among the 5 is not attached to any membership plan as he enjoys a special vendor specific commission rate and benefits.
