Can not find ask a question button.

      I have read some of topics say I have to tick “Disable Ask a question button” off.
      But in my dashboard setting I don’t see it either.

      Hi,

      Go to: Settings>Modules>Inquiry Tab

      Toggle that option will turn off Catalog too.

        I try toggle it on and off but still no option show up.

      Hi,

      Disable Ask a question button – this option is deprecated since WCFM 6.2.0

      Now, you may disable “Ask a Button” only by set OFF “Inquiry” module.

        I mean I want “Ask a question” to show but it doesn’t show up.
        Give me how to enable “Ask a question”. Maybe a video or step-by-step guidance.

      Hi,

      Well, by default “Ask a Question” visible in site, no setup require.

      Don’t you have “Inquiry” tab under single product page?

      Don’t you have “inquiry” button at store pages?

      Which theme you are using for the site? Do you have created single product page using any page builder like Elementor?
