Cancelation to 1 vendor orders

      Dear WCFM,
      It would be nice if Admin can have option to cancel order to 1 vendor in case 1 customer order from 3 vendor, then 1 vendor not shipping the product.
      how to cancel by admin when this vendor not shipping the product and customer can cancel it too or customer just have refund option?

      It would be perfect if admin can cancel per items or vendor too.
