      Hi guys

      In the update 2.4.5 Updated – 15/05/2019

      One of the change logs was

      Enhance – PayPal and Stripe recurring profile auto-cancel (using API) feature added

      If a vendor cancels there membership, does stripe automatically cancel the membership plan? I have tested and it does not appear to do so

      When checking stripe the subscription is not cancelled, is this correct does the vendor still need to manually cancel the subscription or should it automatically cancel at stripe also

      Or am I missing something

      this definitely does not cancel at stripe

      i have tested 3 different vendors, signed them up to a test membership

      the subscription payment appears in stripe correctly

      when cancelling the membership from the vendor’s store manager the membership cancels and the cancel e-mail is received, but the subscription is not cancelled at stripe

      Hi Guys

      i have updated to your latest membership plugin WooCommerce Multivendor Membership 2.5.0 and amnow getting this error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” when paying via stripe for a membership subscription

      the payment is made in stripe and no errors are shown in stripes error log.

      the membership e-mail is not sent

      pressing F5 creates the Stripe Subscription Error! You cannot use a Stripe token more than once error

      that error is created in stripe

      the only way back to the site is by pressing the back key or amending the URL

      when back at the vendor’s store manager screen, the correct membership has been applied

      i have this error in woocommerce

      2019-05-25T19:08:05+00:00 CRITICAL Class ‘WPO\WC\PDF_Invoices\Documents\Order_Document_Methods’ not found in /home/caffootc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/includes/legacy/class-wcpdf-legacy-document.php on line 23

      im guessing the e-mail for the membership plan is coursing this

      Hi

      found the issue with “the site is experiencing technical difficulties.” error
      it appears that both the store new orders and completed orders have to be ticked in the woocommerce pdf invoices

      after setting these, the error at least has been removed

      Hi Guys

      pdf invoice and packing slips plugin is version 2.2.12

      I have attached the screenshot as required

      however the membership is never cancelled at stripe, when cancelling the e-mail is sent that the membership has been changed and you are taken back to the store manager screen, but the stripe membership is not cancelled

      when checking the stripe logs I get this after cancelling a membership via the vendor’s store manager pages

      Hi Guys

      when I disable the pdf invoice and packing slips plugin is version 2.2.12

      the membership cancelled correctly, it cancels immediately and works as expected both in our website and at stripe

      with the plugin enabled, it does not

      looks like that plugin is the issue but I’m not sure how it can be

      Hi guys

      Memberships are cancelling correctly now since today’s update
      Invoices are working correctly and stripe memberships cancel too.

      Hi,

      I am sorry for delay.

      This issue was because of Membership Invoice.

      We have just resolved this and updated WCFM Membership 2.5.1

      Please update yours this will be resolve for you.
