Ultimate license includes 2 green ticks

in the loco file tells me not confirmed

you can check with me also because of the menu that is not shown to me in the seller dashboard

To activate Ultimate license, go to wp-admin dashboard >> WCFM License, input your API License Key and API License email(both these details you will find in your order confirmation email.) and Save. This will activate your licence.

I’m failed to understand the issue here. From your screenshot it seems the ultimate license is registered and working. So what is the issue here? And what about the loco translate snapshot? How it is relevant with the license snapshot?

Hi,
I think I got your concern this time. You are referring to one string in Loco translate. It has nothing to do with plugin activation status.
Loco Translate shows all the translatable text, if you haven’t activated the license then you will see a warning message at the top of your wp-admin page like this- https://imgur.com/PlxWhvF
See the wording of this message, now like any other texts, I can translate the text of this message with Loco translate. That’s why it is showing under loco translate scrren.

Hello,

There was no issue. You just have set some wrong colors. Menu background color was set to White and the font color was also white. So all the menu was there but you can’t see them.
As this was not code editing so I did not use the FTP. I only change those colors from WCFM Dashboard (admin user) >> Settings >> Dashboard Style check here- https://imgur.com/4KEX23I
Please be careful, there are two Style menu in the setting pannel-
1. Store Style – which control color of Vendor Store Page
2. Dashboard Style (we used this) – which control dashboard elements color
