      Does it impossible to connect the chat module and inquiries to a native mobile apps?

      Is there an mobile API provide to connect them in general or what should I need to do so to connect to an apps?

      Hi,

      Which APP you are referring here? WCFM Vendor APP, or customer APP which you want to build?

      Vendor APP already has “Inquiry” option. We will add “Support Ticket” and “Direct Message” there as well.

      But, Chat will not be there!

      I plan to use thetmstore.com for vendor and buyer app and they can help to integrating the chat module if wcfm can provide the mobile api for this.

      Is it possible? Please advise.

      HI,

      WCFM has no chat API, it also depend upon a third party chat API – https://talkjs.com/

      Please show this to that APP developer, hope they will able to integrate this in APP as well.
