ParticipantThe marketplace plug in has some formatting issues that are confusing for my vendors.
1. On the Vendor set up page, as well as both the admin and vendor dashboards, the check boxes do not always line up with the setting topics. For example, if you are logged in to the Vendor Dashboard -> settings. Go to the bottom of the page and you can see where the check boxes do not line up with the topics you are being asked about (screen shot included). This happens throughout the dashboards (both vendor and admin) in several different places.2. The boxes to enter the numbers, such as commission rates or product prices only allow you to see like 1.5 of the numeric characters entered (screen shot included). Can you make the boxes bigger so they display up to 3 digits, so the vendors can actually see the full amount more easily?
I really like the WCFM – Ultimate plug in, but the aesthetics could use a bit of work to ensure usability.

MemberHi,
Well, WCFM normal input boxes are quite big – https://ibb.co/fDDnmtQ
But in your site, possibly some other plugins or theme destroying this and input boxes (specially number input boxes) are too small.
It’s a small CSS fix. If you can not do this then please give me demo vendor account, I will help you in this.
Thank You

ParticipantThank you for getting back with me. The way the dashboard looks is a bit different in my marketplace. I used WP Oceans for the theme. Anyways, my site isn’t launched yet, so I am in maintenance mode right now. Could we perhaps take this off forum to exchange some log in details for you to be able to access a demo account? If so, my email is sarah@rvamarketplace.com
Thanks for getting back with me so quickly and offering your help!

ParticipantExcellent! That worked perfectly for the check boxes. There are 2 other aesthetic issues I have. Screen shots are attached for both.
1. on the vendor stores, where it says the location, there is a comma before the city, when there shouldn’t be and I don’t know how to get rid of it.
2. The stars on the sold by template are not aligned with the rest of the information.Attachments:

– We will take care of this n next update.
2. The stars on the sold by template are not aligned with the rest of the information.
– Please add this CSS –
.wcfmmp_sold_by_container .wcfmmp-store-rating{margin:0 auto!important;}
Thank you
