      HI YOUR PREMIUM SUPPORT HAS STOPPED WORKING.
      I WROTE 3 REQUESTS BUT NOBODY ANSWER AND NO INQUIRIES HAS BEEN COLLECTED ON MY ACCOUNT.

      PLEASE CHECK AND FIX OTHERWISE GIVE MONEY BACK

      however, the checkout on my demosite here noidate.ideamedia.solutions give error 504 timeout.
      can you fi it ?
