Commission By Vendor Sales rules

Hi,

I passed many test orders but something is not working:

Commission By Vendor Sales:

Commission rule in human language: (Commission goes to vendor)

If sales upto €100 Commission is 50%
If sales upto €200 or more Commission is 90%

I set up commission rules (See screenshot) and passed an order worth €299.97.

The commission was expected to be 90% but somehow only the first rule is being followed and commission is 50%. (See result screenshot).

I passed mutiple orders in all possible combinations but the 2nd rule is never being followed in all scenarios. (Eg: I changed to more than 200 instead of upto etc etc)

Can you kindly explain what I am doing wrong and teach me how to setup multiple rules. Just 1 example will suffice and I will replicate in staging to learn this.

To add:

I put rules :

More than €100 –> Commission 50%
More than €200 –> Commission 90%

The results were worse: € 0 (ZERO commission generated) commission (See results)

I have no idea what I am doing wrong 🙁 I spent all day with no results.
