Commission is not picked correctly

Hi,

We have setup Commission per vendor in our app.

The WCFM – Ultimate/Marketplace doesn’t pickup that value and instead shows ‘By Global Rule’ under Store settings.

Even if we change the value to anything else other than that, it doesn’t pickup whatever we set per vendor using the Dashboard -> Users -> Commission field.

The Commission amount showed in Order is the exact amount calculated per the value set using Dashboard.

Kindly let us know what is it that we need to do in this case.

Hi,

I think this is the same issue –

“the Earnings should be ‘Gross – (GST etc)’” – you may manage this from commission settings.

Disable “Tax goes to vendor?” option from WCFM Admin Setting -> Commission setting
