      Hi
      JPY and USD are available for our site, JPY is set as basic currency.
      Multiple currencies are managed by WPML.

      The currency unit is changed, but the monetary amount is not reflected in the exchange rate.Please refer to attached image.

      Currency conversion can not be done normally even at the back end.

      Hi,

      Then it’s a bug for your currency converter plugin, if it supports WC product multi-currency then WC reports must be right with currency.

      Please ask that plugin author to resolve this first.

      WCfM reports totally depending upon WC reports, if it is wrong then we are helpless.
