      Hi,

      Thanks for get in touch with us and really sorry for such inconvenience!!

      We are just looking into it and definitely will fix by the next release.

      Are you getting this error from very begging or after last update ?

      Sometimes it happend due to conflict with other plugins as well.

      Are you comfortable enough to send us the actual JS response from Google Chrome -> Developers Tool -> Network

      Hello Support I was thinking that I was getting a response from you., I’m sorry for my late contact

      The error started to appear without any reason. I don’t know the exact time.

      Hi,

      Thanks for the screenshot but that is not good enough what I am looking for, I can’t see the response there.

      Actually, we have debug your issue in depth but can’t able to generate that in our environment anyway.
      You may also check our demo, there is no such issues.

      I think, it may be conflict with some other plugins/theme.
      But I can’t say anything confidently just in assumption!!

      Are you comfortable enough to share your site access with us, then we will debug the issues in depth as this is totally your site configuration dependent!!
