      Hi,
      For example, seller offers “Logo design service(virtual product)” at $50.
      And a buyer bought that product(service).

      Now, how can the admin know that the seller provided the service to the buyer before paying the seller?

      Is there ways to verify the delivery of virtual product?

      It it possible that sellers must get buyer/customer confirmation before changing the order status?

      You may use Order note option for the purpose. Ask vendors to add this in note.

      I thought about the order note too.
      Is it possible to add more file types that can be uploaded with the order note?

      Yes, I like ZIP file to be uploaded.

      I too would enjoy this added file type. I also think it could be useful to add a delivery field that a vendor could provide a link to something stored on their google drive or dropbox for example

      You may use this plugin and allow any such file type – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-upload/
